4. Non-Serviceable Pin Code

If your pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, please inform us, and we’ll guide you on the next steps.

5. Packaging

Retain the original packaging for inspection purposes.

Refund Policy

1. Prepaid Orders
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
  • The refund amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode.
2. Refund Coupon

If you used a refund coupon for a prepaid order, the coupon value will be refunded, and the remaining amount will be credited through your original payment mode.

Cancellation Policy

1. Before Shipment

You can request the cancellation of your order before it is shipped.

2. Shipped Orders
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If the product is found to be wrong/damaged upon delivery, you can raise a return request within 15 days.
